Post Date: May 20th, 2012
Today was Day 7 of the 7 Day MOVE Your Body Series and the focus was on the 3 R's = Rest, Relax & Read.
Any good fitness program needs to have a balance. Whilst its important to MOVE & exercise it is just a important to take time out to rest & recover. So today's session was just that. I like to Rest, Relax & Read a good book. Usually a book that inspires me through self development, health or motivation is one that I enjoy.
Day 6 of the 7 Day MOVE Your Body Series – Cycle
Post Date: May 19th, 2012
Today is Day 6 of the 7 Day MOVE Your Body Series and the session consisted of a 30minute steady bike ride mixed in with some 1 minute sprints.
Cycling is a great low impact exercise which helps build strength and muscle tone. It assists with building cardiovascular fitness and good for weight loss. Whatever a persons fitness goals may be, cycling is a great exercise to incorporate in a fitness program or your lifestyle.
I enjoy both cycling on the bikes at the gym as well as cycling outdoors, its a great pastime to help relieve stress and clear your head. Plus, all the endorphins release contributing to putting you in a feel good mood.

Motivate Me Monday – MOVE Day 1 of 7 Days MOVE Your Body Series
Post Date: May 14th, 2012
Today's Motivate Me Monday is about moving your body. To start the week feeling great I always find that doing a Monday Morning MOVE Session helps. Exercise doesn't have to be tough, a session just to MOVE your body can really make the difference.
There are many reasons why individuals exercise for some it may be to lose weight or gain weight and for others it may simple be to just feel good. When we exercise there are positive endorphins that are released which assist with a positive attitude. I find a Monday morning MOVE session is the perfect way to start the week.
